Q: Can I use this training device to deliver an actual shock to someone in a real medical emergency?

A: No. This is strictly a training simulator. It does not contain the high-voltage internal components or the lithium battery cell needed to charge or deliver an electrical shock. It is built purely to teach the steps of pad placement, safety spacing, and CPR pacing in a classroom.

Q: Do the training electrode pads need to be thrown away after a single classroom practice session?

A: No. Unlike live medical pads which feature wet conductive gel and can only be used once, these specialized training pads feature a durable, non-marking adhesive back. They are engineered to be applied, removed, and restowed on their plastic backing sheet dozens of times before needing a replacement.
